Favorite Foods

I am willing to try anything once, and rarely encounter a food I dislike with such intensity that I wouldn't give it a second chance.  My favorites however are probably anything spicey, ethnic foods, and down home southern cook'in. Crushed red pepper and Tabasco are dinner table fixtures in my house, but sometimes the mood just calls for biscuits and gravey or pintos and cornbread. I also have a sweet tooth, however baking is a little more daunting to me ..but hopefully that will change someday! I know there is a cheescake recipe here somewhere that is calling!
