"I have been using this method for 6 years. Alton's recipe is taped inside my spice cupboard. It is PERFECT EVERY TIME. I just did a 24 1/2 lb turkey and it was done in 2 hours. The 6 years old recipe calls for 20 minutes at the 500, then to 350, it is perfect, beautiful, moist, delicious."
