About Me
I moved to the Arizona desert 16 years ago & will never leave - it's fabulous here!! After 20+ years in the restaurant business, I regained my sanity and changed careers...working 40 hours a week with weekends off, as a manager for a major insurer here in Phoenix - it's like being retired!!
I'm an avid sports fan - baseball, football, basketball. I collect baseball cards & memorabilia, and am a Charter Season ticket holder for the Diamondbacks.
Favorite cookbook??? Our family cookbook, which one of my cousins put together for a family reunion. It has terrific recipes of family members from many generations back.
