One of my very favorite go-to recipes for breakfast! I LOVE that I can make it all ahead of time and then just throw it in the oven in the morning to bake up and it is absolutely scrumptious. This recipe was ridiculously tasty! Very easy to make and goes together fast and the flavor is incredible. Great way to dress up a spinach salad...the only thing I changed was to sautee the onions and mushrooms in the leftover bits of dressing in the pan to soften them and give them the flavor of the dressing...it tasted fabulous!
