Saw this on FoodTV 2-hour live this past Sunday. Was looking for a non-brine turkey day for a change. Brining is good, but a lot of work, steps, parts/bags/ pieces, in my opinion; and if you're not in a cold climate and don't have room in your refridge...forget it. Yes the turkey is moist and juicy, but so it is when you cook it upside down, too....
