Gooey Butter Cake is my husbands favorite and since we moved away from St. Louis, he has been craving it. So being the good wife I am, I searched for a recipe, found this one and made it for him. He LOVED it! Super easy to make and since he loved it, saving the recipe to make again and again :)"

I didn't have cake flour so I used all-purpose flour and they were great."

I have been making this recipe for several years now and even the picky eaters love them! I learned though that if you mix all the ingredients together and let them sit in a bowl until the liquid is absorbed and then put in the mini muffin tins, that they are fluffier."

I made this last night and we really liked it. The only thing that I plan on doing the next time is too add more tomatoes and garlic. "

This recipe has become one of my favorites! I use slab bacon and serve it with steamed broccoli and garlic bread. Love it!!!"

This was AWESOME! I used thin spaghetti in place of the soba noodles though. My husband and I can't stop eating it!!!"

Loved this recipe! The only thing that I did different was to leave the chicken to marinate for about 5 hours. The chicken was so moist and the veggies perfect. I served it with sauteed fresh green beans and a glass of white wine. My picky husband even said that I need to make this again.
