VERY easy to make. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. I halfed the recipe thinking that would be more than enough. There were only three of us and I believe we would of eaten it all if I doubled it. I did add more cinnamon because I adore cinnamon. "

Family LOVED it, but need to keep it in the oven for longer than suggested. If not, the middle will be soggy. I add a sheet of aluminum foil on the top rack to slow down the top from browning to give the middle a chance to catch up and cook thoroughly. ""
