"Although this cheesecake with very tasty, I definitely agree with the other reviewers....it needs to bake in the oven a little longer. The center of the cake was way too liguidity. I usually bake my plain cheesecake for 1 hr with the overn on, then turn it off for 1 hr, allowing the cake to sit there without opening the oven door...that usually does the trick for me. I give Paula 3 stars for taste, but the other two stars need to go back in the oven....: 0 )
