A 3 oz chicken breast is 93 calories. Raw. A 1/2 tbsp of olive oil is 60 calories. Just a little research that took me 3 minutes to do with Google.

Holy GOD this was delicious. I used bone-in chops, and that made it only taste better. Thanks Sunny!! Whoever said it wasn't that tasty obviously did something wrong. I cook from FN recipes all the time - I'm quite accomplished as a home cook. They were mouth wateringly good. My wife actually giggled when she took her first bite. :) ""

Well, they tell you how to cook everything else in the recipe, so one would assume that they mean the canned fried onions, like French's. OR, you could just fry your own onions. Either way, it's not very confusing unless you're a complete toolbag. If it was me, I'd sautee onions until carmelized - that would be pretty awesome.
