By far the best chocolate cake I have ever made. I substituted about 1/4 of the portion of semi-sweet chocolate for bittersweet chocolate for a deeper chocolate flavor. I filled and topped it with the chocolate frosting from Cathy Lowe. It was just great""

Made this without the coriander and malt vinegar and it was still great!
Since it was just two of us, I halved all the ingredients except the spices, which I used in original amounts.( I love spicy food!)

Reviewed Indian Rice Pudding

Very tasty rice pudding. I LOVED the taste of the cardamom in this recipe. Thanks to the previous reviews, I limited my sugar to 1/3 and it was just right.Just a pinch more would have been too sweet. I didn't have any pistachios on hand as I made this recipe at the spur of the moment but I did add raisins and used the vanilla instead of the rose water....
