About Me

Registered nurse by day, awesome home cook by night! Husband has GERD so I'm challenged to make flavorful dishes that don't cause him pain.

Love to garden - lillies are my specialty.

Favorite Foods

My favorite dish? My meatloaf recipe - tender, melt in your mouth good, lots of fresh thyme and sage - awesome with garlic mashed potatoes!

My pulled pork always gets rave reviews - I make the BBQ sauce from scratch and it's GERD-friendly.
