"Husband said it was one of his favorites!! Was a HUGE hit with the family! I even used a strip steak in addition to the chicken... and it was just as good, if not better! I also charred some jalapenos on the grill to add some heat! Will be doing this one again and again!! So easy!!"

I have raised four children and worked in catering for over 20 years. I was raised by a fabulous southern cook who learned from her mother! Did a short stint as an Innkeeper where I cooked for guests and loved every minute of it!!! Food is love and when you love to cook... people love to eat it!!
