The reason I give this a 4-star instead of 5 is because the recipe is too rich. You eat a serving like half a cup of it and you feel like you ate a brick. Otherwise, very, very delicious. I would use 1 cup of bread crumbs next time instead of just 1/2 cup. Heavy, heavy......

Salsa is very delicious. Better on cod and halibut. I do not understand why anyone eats sea bass. It has to be the most tasteless fish on Earth, akin to eating tripe. Why any chef prepares or serves sea bass is beyond me."

Very delicious soup and great for a vegetarian. Loved the taste & textures of combining kale and cannellini beans. I felt adding 2 tbls of raw honey was perfect in cutting the acid of the red wine vinegar and savory flavor or the garilc. Would most definitely make this soup again! "

I substituted honey for the sugar, as I think it goes better with Asian flavors and added a little red pepper flake to add a touch of spice to counterbalance the sweet honey. I marinated the asparagus in...

Reviewed Dad's Meatloaf with Tomato Relish

Dec 13, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on

Very flavorful meatloaf! The consistency and moistness were excellent. If I were to redo this recipe, I would add 4 slices of bread rather than 3. The Relish was extraordinary. The bay leaf, garlic and fresh red bell peppers and parsley made a delicious sauce. I would make about 1 and 1/2 the relish neat time. It is excellent for topping mashed potatoes!!!...
