Reviewed tacos carne asada

Some of the best Carne Asada Taco I've tasted. I marinated for 7 hours and the taste of the grilled skirt steak was of restaurant quality. Only thing I changed was the Pico de Gallo, I left out the olive oil because I wanted a clean refreshing taste and oils tend to make Pico de Gallo a little heavy. Even without the oil this is one of the be versions...

I also used 4 well ripened bananas I like to wait until the bananas are close to being black, trust me you will get the best banana flavor when you rip...

Just by heavy duty wide foil (it used to come only in wide but now they sell in regular size so be sure to get wide) - that's what I use and no water gets in because there are no seams to worry about - it wraps very nicely around and 8 in spring-form pan.

Didn't like this at all - the egg whites don't quite mix into the mixture. I won't try it again. I probably should say I'm a little spoiled because I am able to get Broguiere's Dairy eggnog - it rich and creamy with that wonderful nutmeg in the background. This egg recipe was thin and mucky with the eggs whites floating on the top.
