About Me
I didn't know how to cook anything except grilled cheese until I was 20 years old and got my first apartment. Thanks to the internet and my neighbor who was a former Macaroni Grill cook, I'll take on any challenge in the kitchen. I have made it my mission to learn how to balance my career as an engineer and to make fun, tasty meals for my family. I take a special pride in learning how to re-create leftovers.
Favorite Foods
I love lots of food since getting over being a picky eater (survival from the college dining hall). My favorite to cook is Italian since I am half Italian and I love the memories of my grandmother dancing in the kitchen in her apron making all of her specialties.
