Live in the Rocky Mtn area, where you're cooking at altitude and sometimes a bit attitude! Love to entertain family and friends and since I'm Hispanic I love to add a little spice to my cooking. My favorite cookbooks are the Colorado Junior League cookbooks -- the last one being Colorado "Colore". My passions are my four grandchildren and traveling. Love Spain, France and Italy. Look forward to traveling to other countries and tasting new cuisines.
