Reviewed Mussels with Chorizo
I wish I had of seen this recipe sooner.
I made a few changes based on what I've done before with mussels.
In 4 lbs of mussels ;
1- I did not use the mussel water
2- used 1/4 bottle of white dry white wine
3- 3 scallions diced
4- 1 tomato diced
5- 1/2 lemon zested and juice
Outstanding recipe, I will definately make it again!!
