This was by far the best chocolate cake I have ever made! Extremely moist. (I believe I had to cook the cakes for a few minutes longer than the stated time, but it just depends on your oven. I usually start checking a cake 5 min before the stated time, then check done-ness with a toothpick, and if not done, keep cooking/checking at 5 min intervals)....

I was a little heavy handed with the garlic and ginger and thought the flavor was excellent! Only thing I messed up on was not adding enough salt when the veggies were first put in the pot. I ended up having to add a lot of salt at the end of the recipe which ended up "mashing" some of the potatoes. Wonderful recipe - will make again!

Amazing recipe! I (unfortunately) have a flat-top electric stove so I had a harder time controlling the temperature, but after a little practice, was able to make amazing naan. I would highly recommend this recipe to others!
