Reviewed baked eggs in hash brown cups

Made this several times. I cut stripes of parchment paper and put in the cups before adding hashbrowns. Make sure to salt hashbrowns. I also used fresh ready made hashbrowns. I also had bacon stripes and sausage in bowls for guests to add if they wanted.

Great "go to" dessert that will wow family and friends. I have used flavored honey and it is a nice subtle surprise. Love grated chocolate on top with fresh berries. I even made this using fresh peaches when they were in season. A nice surprise.

Wow. My family is not crazy for coconut but this was a hit. I followed it exactly. I agree about too much sauce. But, you can store the extra and warm up and serve again. I did add more lemon zest. I am going to try and make this is muffin pans for individual serving. I will cut the top off and turn it over so the top is flat for the sauce. "

Excellent dip. I changed a few things and it was a hit. I smoked salmon on the grill and served the dip with it on the side. I added one drained minced cucumber. I served some pita chips and veggies on the side also. I will do it again!"

Very easy and my family loved it. I did add cooking Sherry and Ski Queen Gjetost (brown goat cheese from Norway). The cheese is wonderful in all types of brown sauces. You can find it at most specialty stores. I will make this again!"

I have been making this for more than a year. It is a hit at dinner parties. It makes a great statement served in a large martini glass with the dressing in a shot glass so they can add as much as they like. Guests think I can actually cook after eating this salad. Terrific salad. I have done this several times now when I can not get really good tomatoes and it turns out so good. It is a great dish to have when guests arrive. This dish, some slices of toated bread and a glass of wine.
