About Me

I'm a main course cook at heart. Chicken and Pork are my favorite meats not to mention the dreaded 1 1/2" Porterhouse Steak over a bed of red hot coals.

I cook a combination ground beef, pork and deer chili that can be made for the meek and mild or the wild and wicked. As I grow older I find myself some where between.

Like so many others,I am quick to change a recipe. I look at it closely, if I don't see what I like, I will subsitute what I,ve seen in simular recipes and make a new one from the many.

Favorite Foods

Southern Down Home
Italian
Mexican

Country (ie. fried chicken, biscuits, gravy, mashed potatoes, turnip or collard greens, pinto beans and sweet Ice tea. That would be my favorite country meal. But then you could throw some BBQ pork ribs in there in place of the chicken and and it makes you want to slap your granny!
