Reviewed Roasted Asparagus
"I had 6 split chicken breasts that I cut in half. I used 1/2 C mayonaisse and 1 C greek yogurt and mixed it with lots of curry powder, chili powder, garam masala, and turmeric. (We like spicy!).
I baked at 430 for 18 minutes, and then had to turn the broiler on for a few minutes to get the panko crispy.

Reviewed Cherry-Lemon Relish
"I made this for Thanksgiving and was disappointed. It tasted okay, but the relish ended up having a gelatinous texture. Maybe it was the brand of frozen cherries...I think they were Dole. This would probably be delish using fresh cherries.
