Reviewed Risotto with Bacon and Kale
"Awesome risotto! I love that it is so flexible and turned out terrific - I did not add chicken or kale (didn't think the kids would touch it with green) and it was delicious! I've never used parsnips before and it was great to be able to incorporate a new vegetable into a dish. Will definitely be making this again!"
