Reviewed 3 Minute Chocolate "Cup" Cake

"SO GOOD! I've made these 'cup'cakes several times. It is fun to make them with the kids and very easy. This made 5 perfect sized treats for us in med/large coffee cups. Definitely worth a try."

Reviewed Fried Potatoes with Spicy Aioli

"Wow, this was really good. The aioli was great and I'll definitely use it on other things too! Worth a try! Thank you."

Reviewed Sloppy Buffalo Joes

"This was really good!

I would make the sauce thicker next time, it was too watery. I'll decrease the amount of broth and maybe add tomato paste as well to make it a bit thicker to stick to the chicken.

Thank you!""

Reviewed Jammin' Salmon Burgers

"We loved these burgers!

I added eggplant because I had it and then opted to roast the eggplant and zucchini in the oven, then add to everything else.

Will definitely be""

Reviewed Grilled Tuna Rolls

"Very good, but definitely way too salty.

The first time I made this I went just as the recipe calls for. The next time I only used 1 tsp of salt, still too salty. I think with the soy sauce in the dressing a pinch of salt would work and maybe too much. Next time I am omitting the salt from the dressing and just using it with pepper on the "

Reviewed Spaghetti alla Carbonara

"Yummy! This was so good! I really love Chef Anne's recipes. They are always a hit. The green onions added on top was great -that was perfect. You might have to get the timing right so you don't get scrambled eggs - but don't worry, give a few tries, even if it's not quite creamy the first time, it's still good! Good luck."
