I agree with previous reviewer, I would take the chicken out of the pan, then scrape up the flavor bits from bottom of pan and add liquids; 1/2 of lemon juice would be good. This would also give the artichokes and capers enough room to be heated well, then add the chicken back in. Excellent recipe and came together in 20 minutes! "

Made this as part of our Italian Christmas Eve dinner, it was fantastic, although the sauce could have been thicker. Flavor was wonderful, easy to put together, even tasted better the next day! Definitely a keeper!

Made this for a potluck dinner last night; it was fabulous! Did not have the butter to melt, so substituted 1/4 cup vegetable oil. Also used 2.5 cups of mashed sweet potatoes like someone else suggested. Did not need the meringue. Delish!

Fabulous and easy. Marinated thin sliced chicken breasts 2-3 hours, cooked at 400 for 25 minutes, no more. Definitely a repeat! Giada is the best!
