Reviewed Banana Muffins with Mascarpone Cream Frosting
"This is the "BEST" banana recipe I have ever tasted. The crowning glory is the Frosting. I exchanged powdered sugar for the honey, and added a little extra vanilla. Everyone who has tasted these said they are the best "cupcake" they have ever had. I have made them 3 times, and each time they taste even better. I also sprinkle finely chopped walnuts on top of the light and fluffy cream cheese topping. Unbelievably delicious! Nancy in Virginia"
