"This soup is amazing, however I omited the fennel seed and allspice from the meatballs as I didn't have any in the pantry. I also used two bags of baby spinach instead of escarole. As Rachael says it was "DELISH" We will be having this with a tomato mozzarella salad and fried polenta with marinara sauce. Can't wait!"
