I am a retired Nurse Anesthetist. Since retiring I have become very interested in trying new recipes. I find that I enjoy cooking very much and am suprisingly good at it!
Favorite FoodsI am pretty open to any foods. Probably the only food I really don't like is scallops. I think it is the texture that bothers me. Maybe I just haven't cooked them right.
