My Activity

Reviewed Chipotle Sauce

"The dip as prepared according to the recipe tasted too much like sour cream. I ended up adding a little bit of powdered ranch dip mix - maybe 3 tablespoons - then it was too ranchy. I added some low fat mayo - to keep it light, and a little more of the sauce from the pepper can and it was better. I think next time 1/2 light sour cream and 1/2 light mayo would be perfect without the ranch (hopefully). Overall after tweaking a bit it was very good."

Reviewed Roasted Potato Wedges

"I really liked the rub on the potatoes, however I do not get why you have to boil them first. I think slicing them into slimmer wedges - say 6 from each half put them in a bag with some olive oil to coat well then dust them with the rub - or even just garlic salt, pepper, and onion powder and roast them until crispy. They were tasty the dip needed some tweaking though."
