This recipe was amazing. The crust recipe was the best I have had the pleasure of working with in years and I will be using it in all of my pies both Sweet and savory for the foreseeable future.It baked up light and flaky but was super easy to handle when rolling out and placing into the dish(read no tearing at all). hooray!
