Reviewed Strawberry and Rosemary Scones

Feb 15, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

These are delicious and perfect just the way the recipe is written. Having said that, I've made them twice and did add about 1/4 tsp more rosemary to really kick up the flavor. I will say that, at first, certain people regarded a rosemary scone as an oddity. After trying, though, all but one (a 10 year old) really liked them.

Reviewed Linguine and Prosciutto Frittatas

I couldn't find smoked mozzarella at the store I was in, so I just used regular. It turned out very good and I question whether the smoked cheese would have been a little too much/ salty. Speaking of salt, next time I would probably omit the teaspon it calls for as the prosciutto is plenty salty. I think some basil would also add a lovely layer...
