Reviewed Grilled Marinated Flank Steaks
"Marinated the steak for 24 hrs. We didn't find it salty because I used low sodium soy and kosher salt. I did add 1 more tablespoon of brown sugar so it wouldn't be so spicy. Loved it and will probably use it on other steaks.
Reviewed Autumn Chicken Pot Pie
"This is the best pot pie recipe I have come across on Food Network. I have tried 3 others, and will try no more. Cooking the chicken in the stock was wonderful for the flavor. Was able to freeze the filling for 2 more for next time.
Reviewed Dry Aged Rib-Eyes
"I made this last week. I seasoned the 4 lb. rib roast with salt, pepper and garlic powder the wrapped it in cheesecloth. Left it for a week and roasted it whole in the oven. It was the best rib roast I have ever made. Can't wait til they go on sale again to do it over.
