Where I live there has been an abundance of lobster tails and I have gotten up close and personal with this shellfish but I had not been able to find a tasty uncomplicated recipe. This is what I was looking for. I will forever use this recipe in the oven. Next time we camp I will cook it over a grill."

I didn't make the sandwich but I was intrigued by the cauliflower recipe and the cut so I oven roasted the cauliflower steaks in the spice oil to which I added a small amount of honey for a slight sweetness. It was very tasty.

This is my first time making a dish by Melissa and it won't be my last. I only made two changes. I used only one lemon because of others comments and I added a little more garlic because I like it. It had a rich feel in the mouth but was surprisingly light. I will make this again. Thanks Melissa.
