I am a high school coach in Houston, Tx. I coach Football and baseball. So unfortunately during the season I have to put my passion for cooking on the "Back Burner". I am recently married 7-7-7, and love to cook/entertain at our new house. I look forward to learning, and sharing new ideas!!

Favorite Foods
Some of my favorite foods are the ones that I cook on a busy week night, because I usually open up the fridge/pantry and go with whatever I have available at the time. But thats when some of my best ideas come to me!!! I enjoy trying new things and taking old mainstays and reviving them with new twists. I would have to describe my cooking as very..ECLECTIC. I have one grandmother from the deep south and another from the Cayman Islands, so i guess being a nuisance in two totally kitchens growing up had it's benefits!!Advertisement
