"Very good recipe and easy to follow. The only change I made to the brie was to cut it horizontally, add the walnuts, cinnamon and sugar and then wrap in pasty and follow the rest of the recipe. It was great, easy and a good fall recipe.
I was a caterer wih my own business for 20 plus years. Now retired but still cooking up a storm for friends and family. Like Paula Deen, I come from the school of hard knocks and worked my way up and out of a bad situation with three small children. Food is a passion, and I will probably die chubby and happy.
