I make pizza weekly and this is one of the easiest and best dough recipe out there. Most doughs pull back and are hard to work with. Not this one. I did add one step. After it rises split into two balls and place on a cookie sheet. Cover it with a damp towel and let it sit at room temp for an hour. I froze one so I'll have to let you know how it f"
