"YUM!!! Like a bunch of other reviewers, I will never buy mayonnaise again. This was amazing. I followed it except I didn't put any sugar in and I used vegetable oil. I used my whisk and it turned out creamy and delicious. Definitely will make this again!"

"Delicious!!! I really enjoyed this, as well as my husband who I didnt think would be keen to the split peas. I will be making this again for sure. I didnt have bell peppers and I didnt use the bread crumbs. I served it like a stew instead of a burger and it was full of flavor."

"I thought these were only ok. I let the pork chops sit in the brine for only and hour. If I ever make these again I will increase the marinate time. The brie made the dish too oily for my taste. "

Reviewed Shrimp and Scallops in Garlic Cream Sauce

"This was amazing. Both my husband and I thought it was restaurant quality. I made it with pasta and served it with blanched asparagus. The dish doesn't have loud blaring flavors, but a flavor combination that is rich but yet light. It was amazing. I will make this again for sure. "

"Delicious! Wow! This is definitely a keeper. I served it with grilled chicken and short grain brown rice. Next time I make it I will throw in some snap peas or another green vegetable for color, although its perfect without it."

"This is an average tomato soup. I followed the directions, but was disappointed. I thought there would be more eggplant/roasted garlic flavor but was lost in the roasted tomatos. It tasted all right, but nothing special."
