"this looks great and can't wait to try it. However, I am puzzled by this recipe and the other turkey soup recipe I DID make from Michael Chiarello (also wonderful). If two quarts equals 8 cups, how can this recipe yield 10-12 cups of broth? (as stated by recipe). Had I known I should literally have filled the stock pot to the brim, as with cooking"
