Reviewed Pumpkin Spice-Rubbed Pork Loin

My whole family LOVED this recipe! My only complaint is that the pork loin took a little more than an hour to cook properly. I made sure my oven temp was correct and took out the pork loin at 160 degrees (medium). If I took it out after 35 minutes it would've been raw.
