"Although I did like this recipe it was not as good as I had expected. Next tme I won't bother with slicing the sweet potatoes and layering them "nicely" in the pan. I will just mash them up and a bit and stir the liquid mixture into the smashed potatoes. Also I made good use of the left over liquid mixture as I had a least a cup left over that ""
