Thank you, thank you, Ree, for the great ham gravy recipe. I saw all that wonderful ham juice just sitting there, so googled ham gravy and there you were, waiting for me!! I used half 2% milk and half half-and-half. Delicious!!

Thank you, thank you, Ree, for the great recipe. I've always served ham with a whipped cream/horseradish "sauce", but when I saw the lovely juice I looked for a recipe and there you were, waiting for me!! Delicious, used half 2% milk and half half-and-half. Yum!!

I have made this recipe for probably over 35 years with cottage cheese. The only difference is my original calls for a cube of creamed cheese with the cottage cheese. How on earth can anyone say this is dry? They did something wrong....
