"I loved this recipe - I bought the mini meatballs at the local Italian market (almost 1# of meatballs) (Labriola's in Pittsburgh). ( never have good luck making meatballs and their meatballs are to die for. I used two boxes of chicken stock and one box of chicken broth. About Me

I'm married to a wonderful guy, Mike and we have a 24 year old daughte, Kate, who is is a catering director. We also have an Italian daugtherm, Laila, who was our exchange student for a year. She lives in Madrid Spain with her fiance, Pedro.
Living in Shanghai, China - wishing I could watch more often but I DO watch when I'm home!  My extended family likes to get together for holidays and Pittsburgh Steeler parties.
I love FOOD NETWORK - Paula Deen, Rachel Ray, Emerill, etc. My husband took me to New Orleans for my 50th birthday and we had a wonderful lunch at Emerill's Delmonico restaurant.

Favorite Foods

My favorite foods are Seafood, Italian, breads. I'm learning to use my bread machine. I just took a pizza/foccacia class and I'm experimenting with my Kitchen Aid stand mixer that my daughter bought me for Mother's Day.
In Pittsburgh, I have many favorite restaurants - Monterrey Bay Fish Grotto, Sonoma Grille, Palamino.

I'm known for my Pittsburgh Potatoes. We make them with ham for Easter and Christmas and holiday parties.
