In less than 15min these were very brown on the pan side and pale on the top. Does that mean my oven is running hot,or maybe I should use the convection setting or place them on a rack ? I'm holding off on baking the 2nd roll until I hear from someone with more knowledge than me when it comes to cookies ! Dry but tasty

The first time I tried this I burnt it , the second time I stood over it watching and stirring carefully while the candy thermometer creeped to 220 cooled it and placed it in a jar in the frig . It is so thick my knife was bending as I tried to scoop out some ! Tastes great but unlike other posts to thick rather than loose ? Maybe my thermometer is...

The recipe on then show grills one side of the bread adds garlic and toppings while the second side grills the recipe on the site which I printed out grills both sides then adds the toppings and finishes off on the closed grill ,,,well the side which has already been grilled burned . The show,was right but the recipe,print out was not. Waste of "

great guac but if prefer alittle minced jalepeno in stead of the hot sauce and a little chopped cilantro to but the chunky chop for the avacodos is the way to go ummm"
