I am a 26 year old female with 1 son that is 8 months old and alway crawling everywhere.He is the biggest joy in my life. I am vegan, love to knit,and odd patteren will get me into a frenzy and a trip to the yarn shop. Just the idea of a new ball of bamboo yarn give me a thrill. Love to cook, and have around 9 tattoos. As far as my cooking gose the stranger the recipe the better. My favorite cookbook at this point in time is "Veganomicon". I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and would like to some day move to Oregan.
Favorite Foods
My favorite dish to cook is ? Horseradish and coriander crusted tofu".Favorite food is carrits and strawberries.
The dish people always ask me to bring to potlucks is " Tomato Walnut-Crusted Fried Faux Chicken".
Don't have a favorite place to eat out,there are no vegan reasturants here so it is a pain to go out.
