Reviewed Strawberry Chocolate Layer Cake

"Very impressive presentation and you can't go wrong with this recipe. The only difference I made was assembly. I used Nutella then placed a few fresh sliced strawberry's in a single layer and then topped them with the whipped cream then the next layer of cake so it didn't slide. I bet you could use chocolate pudding if you didn't have Nutella o"

Reviewed Savannah Cheesecake Cookies

"This was good but actually think it needed more butter for the crust it was a little crumbly. I will add 1 and a half sticks next time and there will be a next time. I also added the zest of one lemon and a few drops of lemon extract to the cheese for more flavor and it came out very well."

Reviewed Cinnamon Sugar Churros

"I think the basic idea to use baking mix is good however they needed more flavor. A pinch of salt and vanilla would do the trick in making these a 5 star recipe. "

About Me

I am a home cook and love to try new recipes.  I Love the foodnet work it has truly expanded my cooking skills.  I have always enjoyed baking but now I feel I can cook and grill foods of any kind.  I have learned so much about the different ethnic styles of cooking.

The food network has made cooking so much more fun for me.  But It has spoiled eating out.  Im finding it difficult to eat anything out that I cant make better myself at home for a lot less.
