I loved it all, though I might substitute strawberries or blueberries just for more color and I'm not crazy about the mango, plus the oranges are a lot of work. 25 minutes is NOT enough time to prep this recipe! VERY delicious! I prepped everything ahead of time so I'd have plenty of time during cooking.
