"I registered with Food TV especially to rate this recipe and Food TV host. This recipe was EXCELLENT and the sauce reminds me of my favorite Cheesecake Factory dish which was way more complicated when I made it from a Copy Cat recipe. I am trying dishes that I have never thought to cook before such as swiss chard, quinoa, etc. I am very experienced at saving money while grocery shopping and already knew and use most of Melissa's tips, but the bulk shopping aisle was one that I had never used before - great tip Melissa. I checked it out and you are right - especially for items like arborio rice and spices!
