"Two things it may be helpful to know: I used a 3 & 1/2 pound brisket, cooked it for 9 hours on the low setting but rather than getting slices mine easily pulled apart AND tasted just like pulled pork.Just as everyone above says this is a terrific recipe and after trying this you'll never spend 6-8 over a charcoal grill nurseing a pork butt again."
