Reviewed Roasted Tomato Soup with Croutons

"GREAT SOUP! although i changed up a few things to make it my own;
2 bay leaves simmered for 30 min. after using the immersion blender. also added a pinch of red pepper flakes. used 1/2 veggie stock and 1/2 water and to make it look like the soup my husband is used to,and stirred in a heaping tblsp. of tomato paste(also added ALOT of tomato flavor). QUITE YUMMY!

Reviewed Round Two Recipe: Chicken Crepes

"AMAZING MEAL! a lovely light supper for my husband and myself. Cut the crepe recipe in half(did use a larger pan & about 6/7 tblsp. batter). The salad was supberb! only used 1 part red wine vinegar and 2 parts olive oil, thought canola would make it far too oily.
My husband already wants me to make them again. Sandra hit this one out of the park - YOU GOTTA TRY THESE RECIPES!
