Delicious! The marsala wine is a nice the dish a nice amount of acidity and tanginess. First time I made it I found it a little too salty and garlicky. Second time only used 1/2 tsp salt (lots of salt in sausage already) and cut down garlic to two cloves. Perfect :)"
