"Okay....some of these reviews are misleading. I made some minor modifications with really good results.
used 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
added tabasco sauce
added 2 splashes of worcestershire sauce
added garlic salt and increased the pepper
The key to making this good was to let the sauce simmer for 30 minutes and cook 10 minutes after add"

"I modified this recipe a bit....I combined mozzarella cheese with the cheddar....and after adding the oil and spices sprinkled with garlic salt. Also I cooked for 28 minutes rather than the 30-35 minutes. The family liked it a lot =)"

"After reading some of the reviews here are the changes I made with really good results!!
Microwaved the butter and cheese and wisked for smoothness
Swapped the whole milk for heavy cream
Added 1/4 cup more sour cream
Added a dash of garlic salt
Added more pepper
Cooked in crock pot for one hour and fifteen minutes
